Who's behind this

bombyx is led by Jan Langhans together with a small team of governance and project-management specialists. We focus on the practical side of AI adoption — analysis, governance and methodology — not buzzwords.

Twenty years in project management, governance and technology adoption in large organizations. He led the AI competence centre and AI rollout at the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, and served as Senior AI Project Manager at NAKIT. Earlier career at O2, Wunderman and in automotive. His strength is bridging the gap between business and technical teams — he can analyse processes, define requirements and design governance frameworks that actually work. MBA, DBA candidate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, MSP, ITIL4, Lean Six Sigma. He believes AI must be governed, accountable and measurable — not just technology you deploy, but a system someone actually uses on Monday morning.
