We analyse the current state, score the organization's maturity and build a roadmap for introducing AI. The result is a document you can base the next decision on.

We assess processes, compare the market and vendors, and write the technical and functional specification with MoSCoW priorities. We translate between business and technical teams.

AI Governance

We set up the framework for AI oversight: risk and compliance management, the points where a person must decide, and an audit trail that shows who decided what.

AI consultant and programme manager. He built and led the AI Competence Center at the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade and spent a year talking to people across the Czech public sector. They kept asking the same things: which AI, when to start, whether it will take their job, and where the AI actually is. His answer has stayed the same: preparation, mapping, preparation, then delivery. That is the part that decides whether a project survives an audit. Most recently he ran a CZK 50 million AI programme from the National Recovery Plan for the Ministry of the Interior: AI over the state records management system and a tool that assesses administrative inaction. The government changed mid-project and the scope changed with it. It shipped anyway, and the Ministry owns what was built, so it can be deployed across public administration. He has run projects for twenty years, the last few of them only in AI. At bombyx he works out what to do with AI; cyberdyne AI then builds and runs it. He speaks on AI in public administration and wrote a game plan for implementing it, free on request.
